Nuno Espirito Santo Reflects on West Ham's Season Start and Upcoming QPR Match

Nuno Espirito Santo, the manager of West Ham, shared insights with Sky Sports regarding the team's promising start to the Championship season and their upcoming match against QPR. The game is set to be broadcast live on Sky Sports Football, with kick-off scheduled for 8pm on Friday night.

West Ham's season gained momentum following a 4-2 victory over Wolves in early September, after a challenging start with no wins in August. This win marked a turning point, leading to three additional victories and a draw before the international break, which earned Nuno the Sky Bet Championship Manager of the Month award for September.

In their last match, West Ham managed to equalize against Millwall after trailing by two goals. Nuno emphasized the importance of the team's reaction in the second half. Looking ahead, he noted that a win against QPR could propel West Ham to the top of the table, while also acknowledging the need for continuous improvement as the season progresses. The team has shown strength in set-pieces, with significant contributions from players like Konstantinos Mavropanos.
