Oliver Glasner Warns of Potential Sacking Amid Nottingham Forest's Struggles
Nottingham Forest head coach Oliver Glasner has indicated that he could be the next manager to be dismissed if the team's performance does not improve. The club has seen five different managers since the beginning of last season, and Glasner's warning comes after a disappointing start this season, with only one victory from nine league matches.
Following a 2-0 defeat against Brentford, Glasner emphasized the need for immediate changes, stating that players must adhere to his strategies to avoid further losses. Nottingham Forest currently sits 19th in the Premier League, just one point above the bottom, having scored only six goals in nine matches.
Despite having the fourth-highest expected goals tally in the league, the team has struggled to convert chances into goals. Glasner, who is in the early months of a three-year contract, has acknowledged the need for a shift in approach to improve results and avoid becoming the sixth manager in a year.
