Olivier Sarr Joins Real Madrid on Two-Year Deal

Olivier Sarr has joined Real Madrid, a prominent team in the EuroLeague, on a two-year contract. This move follows his stint with the Cavaliers, where he was on a two-way contract last season.

Sarr's experience includes playing in the NBA and the G League. With the Cavaliers, he appeared in four NBA games, averaging 3.5 points and 2.8 rebounds. He also played for Raptors 905 and the Cleveland Charge in the G League, averaging 12 points, 6.8 rebounds, 1.5 assists, and 1.3 blocks per game.

Prior to his time with the Cavaliers, Sarr played for the Thunder for parts of three seasons and spent a season in the G League. He was also part of the Raptors’ training camp roster but was waived before the start of the season. Sarr, who went undrafted from Kentucky in 2021, will now continue his career with Real Madrid.
