Packers Face Receiver Challenges Ahead of Lions Game

The Green Bay Packers are preparing for their Week 7 game against the Detroit Lions with concerns regarding their wide receiver group, which appeared heavily on the injury report. Quarterback Jordan Love also dealt with a back issue during practice but is expected to start.

Only linebacker Zaire Franklin is ruled out for the game, while four players, including wide receiver Bo Melton, are listed as questionable. Despite injuries to Matthew Golden, Christian Watson, and Savion Williams, all are expected to be available for the matchup. Melton's potential absence could leave the Packers with only four healthy wide receivers on the roster.

In addition to the wide receiver situation, offensive lineman Aaron Banks is also questionable due to knee and toe injuries. On defense, several players are dealing with injuries, but most are expected to play. Love's participation in practice has confirmed his readiness for the game against Detroit.
