Packers Make Key Offensive Line Changes Ahead of Lions Matchup

The Green Bay Packers have decided to make veteran Kevin Zeitler a healthy scratch for their Week 7 game against the Detroit Lions, as left guard Aaron Banks returns from injury.

Banks has missed a significant portion of the season due to knee and toe injuries but is now officially active. The Packers also inactivated Donovan Jennings and rookie Jager Burton along the offensive line. Other inactives include cornerback Benjamin St-Juste and linebacker Zaire Franklin due to injuries, along with running back Kaleb Johnson.

While Banks' return raises questions about his starting status, veteran Laken Tomlinson has performed well in his absence. Additionally, depth at cornerback remains a concern for the Packers with St-Juste sidelined, leaving them with limited options in the secondary.
