Packers Promote Arron Mosby to Active Roster for Thursday Night Game
The Green Bay Packers have announced the promotion of outside linebacker Arron Mosby from their practice squad to the active roster for the upcoming Thursday night game against the Carolina Panthers.
Arron Mosby, 27, initially signed with the Panthers as an undrafted free agent from Fresno State after the 2022 NFL Draft. Following training camp, he was released and subsequently joined the practice squad. He was signed to the active roster in September but was waived by Carolina in August 2023, leading to his acquisition by the Packers.
During the 2023 season, Mosby remained on the Packers' practice squad and later re-signed on a futures deal for the 2024 season. He returned to Green Bay in 2025 under an exclusive rights deal and played in 12 games, recording eight tackles without any sacks.
