Packers Sign Tucker Kraft to $75 Million Extension

The Green Bay Packers have signed tight end Tucker Kraft to a four-year contract extension valued at $75 million, as reported by NFL Media.

This deal, which could reach a maximum of $92 million, positions Kraft with an average annual salary of $18.75 million, ranking him third among NFL tight ends. Kraft's previous season was impacted by a torn ACL, limiting him to eight games where he recorded 32 receptions for 489 yards and six touchdowns. In the 2024 season, he achieved 50 receptions for 707 yards and seven touchdowns.

Kraft was drafted by the Packers in 2023 with the 78th overall pick from South Dakota State. His extension follows the team's recent losses of wide receiver Romeo Doubs to the New England Patriots and the trade of receiver Dontayvion Wicks to the Philadelphia Eagles. Kraft is anticipated to participate in the Packers' upcoming regular-season opener against the Minnesota Vikings.
