Panthers Practice Update: Bryce Young Fully Participates, Freeling and Dillon Miss Practice
The Carolina Panthers returned to practice on Tuesday following their off weeks, instead of the usual Wednesday session. This marked the release of their first injury report of the week.
Rookie right tackle Monroe Freeling was sidelined due to a knee issue, and veteran running back AJ Dillon missed practice because of an ankle injury. Limited participation was noted for left guard Damien Lewis, outside linebacker Jaelan Phillips, and tight ends Tommy Tremble and Darren Waller, each dealing with various injuries.
Quarterback Bryce Young, who has been on the injury report for two weeks due to a knee injury, fully participated in all four practices since the injury. Other players who participated fully included wide receiver Jalen Coker, linebacker Thomas Incoom, offensive tackle Taylor Moton, defensive tackle Tershawn Wharton, and running back Trevor Etienne, all of whom are in their 21-day return-to-practice window.
