Pat Cummins Discusses Usman Khawaja's Upcoming Autobiography
Pat Cummins, the captain of the Australian cricket team, has confirmed that he has discussed Usman Khawaja's upcoming autobiography with his former teammate. Cummins stated that he has no worries regarding any revelations related to the ball-tampering scandal from 2018.
The first Test series in South Africa since the scandal will commence on Friday. During the incident, key players including captain Steve Smith and vice-captain David Warner faced bans for their involvement. Cummins and three other bowlers from that match have consistently denied any prior knowledge of the cheating plan.
Khawaja, who participated in all four Tests during the scandal, will release his autobiography in November. Cummins noted that the team has moved on from the events of the past and is focused on their upcoming matches, including a challenging year ahead with series against New Zealand, India, and the Ashes in England.
