Patriots Announce Player Absences for Game Against Raiders
The New England Patriots have confirmed that multiple players will not participate in their game against the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday.
Head coach Mike Vrabel announced that cornerbacks Christian Gonzalez and Carlton Davis are ruled out due to injuries, with Gonzalez missing his second consecutive game because of a shoulder issue and Davis sidelined by a neck injury. Additionally, cornerbacks Karon Prunty and Channing Canada will also miss the game due to hamstring injuries, prompting potential roster adjustments.
On the offensive side, wide receiver Mack Hollins will be absent due to a calf injury, while fullback Reggie Gilliam is dealing with ankle and knee injuries. Hollins's absence may provide Efton Chism an opportunity to capitalize on his recent performance, which included a game-winning touchdown catch in Week 4.
