Patriots Place WR Mack Hollins on Injured Reserve
The New England Patriots have announced that wide receiver Mack Hollins has been placed on injured reserve, which will keep him out for a minimum of four games.
This decision follows a calf injury Hollins sustained during the second half of last Sunday's victory over the Bills. He has already been ruled out for the upcoming game against the Raiders.
In addition to Hollins, the Patriots have also placed fullback Reggie Gilliam on injured reserve due to ankle and knee injuries. Meanwhile, special teamer Brenden Schooler has been activated from the non-football injury list, and cornerback Kindle Vildor has been signed from the practice squad to help fill the roster gaps. Linebacker K.J. Britt and safety Elliott Davison have also been elevated from the practice squad as part of the team's roster adjustments.
