Paul Rowley Appointed Head Coach of Castleford Tigers
Castleford Tigers have announced the appointment of Paul Rowley as their new head coach, signing him to a three-year contract. Rowley, who previously managed St Helens, had been without a position since leaving the club in July.
The Tigers had been searching for a head coach after Ryan Carr stepped down in August. Last season, Castleford struggled, finishing second from the bottom in the Super League with only eight wins out of 27 matches.
Rowley has experience with two other Super League clubs, having previously led Salford Red Devils and St Helens. His coaching style is known for being dynamic and engaging, which aligns with Castleford's aspirations to revitalize their team. The club is optimistic that Rowley's leadership will help them improve their performance and return to playoff contention.
