Costa indicated that the situation in Brazil would become significantly more challenging in the next four years. He offered assistance to those looking to obtain documentation for relocation to the United States, where he currently resides.

He further mentioned that he has no ties to Brazil anymore and implied that those who remain will face difficulties under Lula's administration.
