Current investors of West Ham have the option to match this offer due to their first refusal rights.</p><p>Daniel Kretinsky, who increased his share in West Ham earlier this year, is still interested in a deal but is not looking to purchase the entire Gold-owned stake to avoid becoming the majority owner. Any agreement reached will be publicly announced by the Gold family, while PCP will refrain from commenting during the ongoing negotiations.</p>
