Penn State Football Announces Team Captains for Michigan Game

Penn State football has selected Rocco Becht, Anthony Donkoh, Kooper Ebel, and Blaise Sokach-Minnick as team captains for their game against Michigan at Michigan Stadium, as announced on Saturday afternoon.

Becht, who is the quarterback, had a strong performance last week against USC, throwing for 289 yards and a touchdown after previous struggles in losses to Wisconsin and Northwestern. Ebel, a linebacker, is currently second on the team in tackles with a total of 33, including 14 solo tackles. Becht, Donkoh, and Ebel have served as captains for the last six games this season, while Sokach-Minnick was honored as a captain during the season opener against Marshall.

Additionally, 12 other Nittany Lions will not participate in the game, which is set for a 3:30 p.m. kickoff.
