Penn State Football Dominates Marshall in Season Opener

Penn State football achieved a commanding 31-0 victory over Marshall in their season opener on Saturday at Beaver Stadium. The Nittany Lions showcased their dominance across all facets of the game, with impressive performances from both new and returning players.

Quarterback Rocco Becht had a standout debut, completing 13 of 18 passes for 271 yards and four touchdowns before being replaced by backup Alex Manske, who also performed well. The rushing game saw multiple players contribute, but none stood out significantly, with Carson Hansen leading with 48 yards on 11 carries.
