Penta Chooses WWE Over AEW with Family's Support

In 2024, Penta faced a significant decision regarding his wrestling career, choosing between remaining with AEW or signing with WWE. Ultimately, he decided to join WWE, with his debut scheduled for January 2025.

Penta described the decision-making process as challenging, but he sought guidance from his family. He consulted his wife and daughters, who expressed a clear preference for WWE, which helped him finalize his choice. Following this, he informed his agent and began preparing for his transition to WWE.

As of now, Penta holds the Men's Money in the Bank briefcase in WWE. His brother, Rey Fenix, joined him in WWE in April 2025, although they have mostly competed separately since then, with occasional encounters in both singles and tag team matches.
