Phillies Announce Front Office Changes Under Dave Dombrowski

On Thursday, the Philadelphia Phillies' president of baseball operations, Dave Dombrowski, revealed multiple changes within the front office personnel.

Dan Aucoin has been elevated from senior director of baseball solutions to assistant general manager, research and information. Luke Murton, the farm director, has been promoted to assistant general manager, hitting, where he will oversee the minor league hitting development program. The Phillies plan to fill the vacant farm director position soon.

Ned Rice, currently vice president of business operations and assistant general manager, will expand his role on the business side while continuing to manage contract negotiations. Edwin Soto has been appointed as the new manager of baseball administration, taking on some of Rice's duties. Corinne Landrey will also share responsibilities related to baseball operations. Additionally, Lee McDaniel, director of minor league operations, is set to retire in January 2027, with Ray Robles being promoted to his position. Robles has been with the organization since 2010 and previously directed international operations.
