Pirelli Announces Tire Compounds for Upcoming Triple Header in the Americas

Pirelli has disclosed the tire compounds that will be utilized during the upcoming triple-header races in the Americas, including the United States, Mexico City, and Sao Paulo Grands Prix.

For the United States Grand Prix in Austin, scheduled from October 23 to 25, the selected compounds are C2 as hard, C3 as medium, and C4 as soft. In contrast, the Mexico City Grand Prix from October 30 to November 1 and the Sao Paulo Grand Prix from November 6 to 8 will feature the softest trio: C3 as hard, C4 as medium, and C5 as soft.

Last year, teams at both Austin and Mexico City opted for softer compounds, with the hard compound seeing limited use. This year's softer selection for Sao Paulo is expected to enhance strategic options, potentially leading to scenarios where all three compounds are employed during the race.
