Postseason Managerial Report Card: Evaluating Dave Roberts

In a recent evaluation of postseason managers, Dave Roberts of the Los Angeles Dodgers was assessed following the team's unexpected elimination by the Milwaukee Brewers. The Dodgers were considered one of the strongest teams in baseball, making the sweep particularly disappointing.

The analysis highlights the nature of managerial impact in baseball, noting that while managers do not influence outcomes as significantly as coaches in other sports, their decisions can still affect a team's performance. The report card series aims to provide a fair assessment of managers' postseason performances.

This evaluation follows similar assessments of other managers, emphasizing the importance of understanding each manager's role and decisions during critical playoff moments.
