Nacua expressed that the middle of the field feels particularly daunting due to Warner's exceptional coverage skills.

During a podcast appearance, Nacua shared an experience where Warner anticipated his route, demonstrating his remarkable ability to cover ground. Despite Warner's reputation, Nacua has performed well against the 49ers, catching 34 passes for 357 yards and two touchdowns in four games, with Warner only directly defending him on a couple of occasions.

The rivalry between the two players is further complicated by their personal connection, as Warner played with Nacua's brother at BYU.
