QPR Faces Injury Setbacks with Three Players Out for a Month
Queens Park Rangers is dealing with significant injury challenges as Tariq Lamptey, Nicolas Madsen, and Rumarn Burrell are set to miss the next month of play. This absence will affect their participation in four upcoming matches, including a home game against Swansea City.
Lamptey has been struggling with an ankle injury, missing four of the last five Championship matches. Madsen, who had previously scored against West Ham and Derby, is sidelined due to an injury that requires rest after being an unused substitute in a recent match. Burrell has not played since sustaining an injury while on international duty with Jamaica last month.
Additionally, midfielder Ilias Chair will also miss the match against Swansea, continuing his absence from the field for six weeks. The team recently confirmed that full-back Amadou Mbengue has suffered a season-ending ACL injury. However, striker Richard Kone has been cleared to play, and left-back Dennis Cirkin returns from suspension. Karamoko Dembele may also make a comeback after a serious knee injury.
