Queen Aminata Becomes No. 1 Contender for AEW TBS Championship

In the latest episode of AEW Dynamite on October 21, Queen Aminata emerged as the new No. 1 contender for the AEW TBS Championship, setting up a match against Persephone at the upcoming Fright Night Dynamite.

Aminata earned her title shot by defeating Maya World in a closely contested No. 1 contender's match, which featured multiple near-falls and intense exchanges between the two wrestlers. The decisive moment came when Aminata countered an attempted double stomp from World with her finishing move, Off With Her Head, securing the pinfall victory.

Following the match, tensions escalated as Persephone and Britt Baker confronted Aminata, but they were met by Maya World and Hyan, who intervened. The championship match is confirmed for next week, where Aminata will aim to capitalize on her recent success against Persephone, who has held the title since defeating World in August.
