Raiders Face Injury Setback Ahead of Season Opener
The Las Vegas Raiders received disappointing news regarding tight end Brock Bowers' injury as they prepare for their Week 1 matchup against the Miami Dolphins.
With Bowers sidelined, second-year running back Ashton Jeanty is expected to take on a larger role. Jeanty, who recently returned to practice after an ankle sprain, had a productive rookie season with 1,321 yards from scrimmage, the highest in Raiders history. The team, however, struggled last season, finishing with a 3-14 record and securing the first overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft.
As the Raiders look to improve, they are also focusing on their upcoming quiz about the rookies with the most yards from scrimmage for each NFL team.
