The Las Vegas Raiders have released offensive lineman Evan Neal from their practice squad as part of roster changes, following his brief tenure with the team.
The Las Vegas Raiders announced the release of offensive lineman Evan Neal from their practice squad on Monday, part of a series of roster adjustments.
Neal, selected seventh overall by the New York Giants in the 2022 NFL Draft, joined the Raiders' practice squad in early September after being waived by New York. He did not make it to the active roster in Las Vegas and has not played in a regular-season game since 2024.
During his time with the Giants, Neal started 27 of 29 games but faced injuries that limited his playtime. The Raiders' decision to release him allows them to sign offensive tackles Amari Kight and Darian Kinnard to their practice squad, as they continue to seek reliable depth on the offensive line.
