Rams Coach Sean McVay Addresses Myles Garrett's Practice Absences

McVay emphasized that the team is taking a cautious approach with Garrett, who has undergone checkups. He mentioned the importance of keeping Garrett fresh ahead of their regular-season opener against the San Francisco 49ers in Melbourne on September 10.

Garrett, who previously played nine seasons with the Cleveland Browns, had a standout year last season, earning his second Defensive Player of the Year Award and setting an NFL record with 23 sacks. The Rams acquired him in a significant offseason trade, making his health a key focus for the team.
