Rams' Davante Adams Out for 6-10 Weeks Due to Injury
The Los Angeles Rams are facing significant setbacks following their recent loss to the Arizona Cardinals. Wide receiver Davante Adams has been diagnosed with a ruptured hamstring and is expected to be out for six to ten weeks, while kicker Blake Grupe will miss the remainder of the season due to a torn ACL.
Adams sustained his injury in the final minute of the game, leaving the field after appearing to hold his leg. He had recorded three catches for 39 yards before exiting. This season, he ranks eighth in the league with 480 receiving yards, contributing significantly to the team's offense with 30 receptions and four touchdowns.
This injury adds to Adams' history of health issues, as he previously missed the end of last season due to a similar non-contact hamstring injury. Grupe, who joined the Rams just last week, suffered his injury while attempting to tackle during a kick return, complicating the team's situation further. Following the loss, the Rams' record stands at 2-4 as they prepare to face the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 7.
