Rams Kicker Blake Grupe Leaves Game on Crutches

The Los Angeles Rams signed kicker Blake Grupe after Week 5, but his time with the team may be cut short due to an injury. Grupe left SoFi Stadium on crutches and with a leg brace after attempting to tackle during a kickoff return.

Grupe's injury occurred despite his smaller stature, listed at 5-7 and 156 pounds. The Rams are now considering whether to re-sign Harrison Mevis or seek another kicker to fill the gap.

Currently, the Rams hold a 2-4 record after six games, raising concerns about their chances for postseason qualification.
