Rams Left Tackle Alaric Jackson Receives Two-Game Suspension
The NFL has confirmed that Rams left tackle Alaric Jackson will be suspended for two games due to an altercation with Bills linebacker Bradley Chubb.
Jackson will miss upcoming games against the Cardinals and Raiders. The suspension follows an incident where Jackson punched Chubb after the Rams' overtime loss to the Bills. The confrontation occurred after Jackson exchanged jerseys with another player, leading to a verbal exchange with Chubb that escalated into physical contact.
Jackson has started in all five games this season and only missed one game last year. He has the option to appeal the suspension, which will be reviewed by a panel that may include Derrick Brooks, Jordy Nelson, Ron Rivera, or James Thrash.
