Rams' Nacua and Garrett Likely to Miss Practice Due to Injuries
Receiver Puka Nacua and defensive end Myles Garrett are anticipated to miss the upcoming week of practice with the Los Angeles Rams as they recover from minor injuries.
Both players did not participate in practice on Monday, and Coach Sean McVay indicated they might also sit out Tuesday and Thursday's joint practice with the New Orleans Saints, ahead of their preseason game on Saturday. Nacua is experiencing soreness in his psoas muscle, while Garrett has been managing intermittent knee swelling.
Garrett engaged in individual workouts on Monday, and Nacua has been focusing on conditioning and weight training despite his soreness. McVay also provided an update on rookie offensive lineman Keagen Trost, who will be out for a few weeks due to a hamstring injury. Additionally, there is no new information regarding retired defensive tackle Aaron Donald, who is considering a comeback.
