Rams' Puka Nacua and Myles Garrett Make Progress in Recovery
Puka Nacua and Myles Garrett, key players for the Los Angeles Rams, were seen on the field on Tuesday, although neither participated in team practice.
Both athletes engaged in individual drills as the Rams prepared for the upcoming 2026 season. Nacua is recovering from a psoas injury, while Garrett is dealing with a knee issue. Despite not joining the team drills, their presence on the field is viewed as a positive development, indicating they may be cleared for practice soon.
Head coach Sean McVay noted that both players are considered day-to-day and will likely miss the remainder of the week as the team takes a cautious approach. Additionally, offensive lineman Justin Dedich, who has been sidelined due to a broken hand, also participated in individual workouts. Meanwhile, tight end Davis Allen is progressing well in his recovery from a quad injury and may return to practice next week.
In roster news, the Rams signed Alex Bachman while waiving Mario Williams. Bachman, who previously played for the Rams, is expected to contribute mainly on special teams.
