Rasmus Dahlin Set to Return for Sabres Against Flyers
Buffalo Sabres captain Rasmus Dahlin is anticipated to return to the ice for the game against the Philadelphia Flyers on Wednesday after missing three games due to an upper-body injury.
Dahlin participated in practice on Monday for the first time since October 11, following his injury sustained during a match against the Florida Panthers. He left that game early in the second period after contributing to a 5-3 victory with a goal.
Despite the injury, Dahlin expressed confidence about his recovery, stating he expected to be ready for the upcoming game. Sabres coach Lindy Ruff noted that Dahlin looked good in practice. This season, Dahlin has recorded two goals and two assists in six games, aiming to continue his strong performance from last year.
