Ravens Confirm Lamar Jackson and Trey Hendrickson Will Miss Falcons Game
Baltimore Ravens head coach Jesse Minter confirmed that quarterback Lamar Jackson will not participate in the upcoming game against the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday night. This decision comes after a report indicated Jackson's likely absence due to an ankle injury sustained during the Ravens' recent victory over the Tennessee Titans.
In addition to Jackson, pass-rusher Trey Hendrickson will also miss the game following finger surgery earlier this fall. Tyler Huntley will start in place of Jackson, having completed 8 of 9 passes for 63 yards in the second half of the Titans game after Jackson's injury.
Minter expressed confidence in Huntley's abilities and noted that both Jackson and Hendrickson are making progress in their recoveries. However, he did not provide a timeline for Jackson's return, indicating that the player's health remains the priority. The Ravens are currently listed as three-point underdogs against the Falcons.
