The Ravens completed a trade for center Cam Jurgens from the Eagles, conducting his physical at Philadelphia's facility before finalizing the deal.
The Ravens have successfully traded for center Cam Jurgens from the Eagles this week, taking a different approach to the finalization process compared to a previous trade attempt.
In a notable change, the Ravens sent two doctors to Philadelphia to perform Jurgens's physical at the Eagles' facility on Wednesday. After he passed the examination, the trade was finalized and announced. This method may influence how other teams handle similar situations in the future.
Despite passing the physical, Jurgens will not participate in Week 5 due to being in the concussion protocol, although the Ravens anticipate he will be cleared to play in Week 6.
