Regan Smith to Compete in Two NASCAR Truck Races for Kaulig Racing

Regan Smith is set to return to NASCAR Craftsman Truck racing, driving the No. 25 RAM 1500 for Kaulig Racing at Bristol Motor Speedway on September 17 and Charlotte Motor Speedway on October 9.

This marks Smith's first race in the series since 2017. He was informed of his participation in the Charlotte race during a broadcast of the New Hampshire Truck race, surprising even him.

Throughout his career, Smith has made 468 starts across all three national divisions of NASCAR, with six wins at the secondary level and a victory in the prestigious 2011 Southern 500. However, he has yet to win a Truck race, with his best finish being fifth in 36 career NCTS starts.
