Since the acquisition, AAA has seen significant developments, including several Worlds Collide events, talent appearances on WWE NXT and the main roster, and a notable mask vs. mask match at Noche de los Grandes. Additionally, it was revealed at San Diego Comic Con that Mattel will produce action figures of AAA stars.

Mysterio reflected on the evolution of AAA since he began wrestling there in 1992, noting the positive trajectory of the promotion.
