Ricky Taylor Joins Jota Cadillac for Lone Star Le Mans

Ricky Taylor is set to compete for Jota Cadillac at the Lone Star Le Mans event in Austin, part of the World Endurance Championship (WEC), taking place from September 4-6. He will drive the #12 Cadillac V-Series.R alongside Norman Nato and Will Stevens, filling in for Alex Lynn, who is recovering from a neck injury.

This race marks Taylor's debut with Cadillac's factory team, although he has previously collaborated with Jota at events like the Goodwood Festival of Speed. It will also be his first WEC race outside of the Le Mans 24 Hours, where he has participated regularly since 2013.

In addition to Taylor's entry, the Lone Star Le Mans will see Nicky Catsburg return to TF Sport's #33 Corvette Z06 GT3.R and Eduardo Barrichello make his comeback with the #23 Heart of Racing Aston Martin Vantage GT3. The event will feature a total of 35 cars across the Hypercar and LMGT3 classes.
