Ridge Holland Discloses His WWE Salary Cut Experience

Ridge Holland, a former WWE Superstar known as Luke Menzies, has disclosed that he experienced a salary cut of around 56% during his time with the promotion.

This revelation comes in the wake of The New Day's departure from WWE, which followed reports of significant salary reductions. Initially, it was suggested that their cuts could be as high as 50%, but Kofi and Austin Creed later indicated that the actual figure was slightly over that percentage. Conrad Thompson mentioned that their cuts might have reached 75%, although Bryan Alvarez later provided clarification on the matter.

As discussions about salary cuts gained traction online, Holland responded to a comment from AJ Francis, stating that he might have been among the first to encounter the new contract negotiation approach under TKO, expressing his surprise at the extent of his pay cut. Holland's contract with WWE was not renewed in October 2025 while he was recovering from a serious injury.
