Roman Reigns Addresses Conrad Thompson's Overrated Comments

Roman Reigns has reacted to comments made by pro wrestling podcaster Conrad Thompson, who suggested that Reigns is overrated. This statement has prompted a strong rebuttal from the WWE star.

During an appearance on the 'Club Shay Shay' podcast, Reigns criticized Thompson's show popularity and claimed that Thompson is exploiting his fame to attract viewers. He emphasized his status as a 'metric mover' in the industry, indicating that his presence significantly impacts viewership.

Despite being recognized as a leading figure in professional wrestling, Reigns faces skepticism from some critics regarding his accolades. Thompson has stated that Reigns does not belong in discussions about the greatest wrestlers, citing a lack of iconic moments compared to legends like Steve Austin and Ric Flair. However, some industry peers acknowledge Reigns' contributions, even if they feel he hasn't achieved the same crossover success as stars like The Rock or John Cena.
