Royce Keys Discusses the Meaning Behind His WWE Ring Name

Royce Keys, who previously competed as Powerhouse Hobbs in AEW, has transitioned to WWE, adopting a new ring name that reflects his family heritage. In a recent interview, he elaborated on the significance of the name Royce Keys, which honors both his middle son and his late mother.

Keys made his WWE debut during the Royal Rumble event in January, entering at number 14 and eliminating Damian Priest before being taken out by Bronson Reed. He later achieved victory in the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal the night before WrestleMania 42 in April. Most recently, he participated in a challenging street fight against Jacob Fatu on the August 3 episode of WWE Raw.
