Russell Wilson Advocates for Chiefs to Consider Tyreek Hill
Former NFL players Russell Wilson and Kyle Long have suggested that the Kansas City Chiefs should consider bringing Tyreek Hill back for a workout due to injuries affecting their wide receiver corps.
During a segment on CBS Sports' "Set Hut," Wilson expressed his belief that Hill could significantly enhance the Chiefs' offense if he is healthy, emphasizing the potential for explosive plays. He noted that the current offensive capabilities, including a strong run game, would complement Hill's skills.
Long, who played alongside Hill in 2021, highlighted the unique chemistry between Hill and quarterback Patrick Mahomes, which he believes could be invaluable for the team. Despite concerns regarding Hill's recovery from a serious leg injury, Long argued that Hill's presence could still create opportunities for the offense.
The Chiefs recently secured a victory against the Las Vegas Raiders and are currently on a bye week, with their next game scheduled against the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 6.
