Saints Sign Kahlil Saunders and Place Dillon Radunz on IR
The New Orleans Saints have signed free agent defensive tackle Kahlil Saunders, as announced by the team on Wednesday. This move comes as the Saints placed offensive lineman Dillon Radunz on injured reserve.
Dillon Radunz, who is 28 years old, sustained a knee injury during practice on Saturday. An MRI revealed that he has a torn anterior cruciate ligament, which will end his season. Radunz had previously torn an ACL in 2022 while with the Titans and started 10 games for New Orleans last season.
Kahlil Saunders joins the Saints after spending time in training camp with the Dolphins. He was signed as an undrafted free agent following the 2026 draft. During his five seasons at Kentucky, Saunders played in 51 games, starting 12, and recorded 77 tackles, 12 tackles for loss, and 4.5 sacks.
