Samantha Irvin's WWE Non-Compete Clause Nears Expiration

Samantha Irvin is nearing the end of her non-compete clause with WWE, two years after her departure from the organization.

Irvin announced her exit from WWE on October 21, 2024, and provided an update last year indicating that she had one year remaining on her non-compete agreement. While she has continued to pursue her music career, she has been unable to participate in professional wrestling during this period.

Known in music as Samantha The Bomb, Irvin had been interested in a career in wrestling management or as an on-screen general manager, but WWE primarily utilized her as a ring announcer. She married fellow wrestler Ricochet in March 2025, who has been with AEW since August 2024.
