To commemorate this victory, Zayn shared a photo on X showing the championship belt placed on a shelf in his refrigerator, humorously referencing a similar moment from Punk's past.

This playful nod to wrestling history recalls Punk's own celebration after winning the WWE Championship in 2011, where he famously stored the title in his fridge. Punk had also recreated this moment just two months prior after defeating Zayn on 'WWE Raw.'

Looking ahead, Zayn is expected to hold the championship until at least WWE Crown Jewel in November, where he will face WWE World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns. This match will mark a significant rematch, as Zayn last faced Reigns at Elimination Chamber 2023 in Montreal, where he was defeated.
