Sarah Palin has reached out for support for her boyfriend, Ron Duguay, who is currently battling Stage 4 colon cancer that has metastasized to his liver.

On Sunday, Palin posted a photo on her Instagram Story showing her holding Duguay's hand while he rested in a hospital bed, expressing gratitude for prayers directed towards him. Duguay's family revealed his diagnosis in February and has since established a GoFundMe page to assist with medical expenses.

Palin and Duguay, who have been in a relationship since 2022, are facing challenges due to their long-distance situation, with Palin residing in Alaska and Duguay in Florida. Duguay's daughter, Shay Thomas, recently indicated that his condition may have worsened, emphasizing the need for prayers. Duguay, a former NHL player, was drafted by the Rangers in 1977 and had a notable career in the league.
