Sauce Gardner Reflects on Disappointing Performance in London

The Indianapolis Colts secured a victory in London last Sunday, but cornerback Sauce Gardner had a challenging game that he would prefer to forget.

Gardner struggled defensively, allowing two deep passes and facing criticism for his effort, particularly on a long touchdown attempt by Commanders wide receiver Antonio Williams, which was later nullified by a penalty. He described watching the game film as embarrassing.

Gardner acknowledged that his performance did not reflect his standards and stated that he does not have an explanation for his lack of effort. He assured that such a performance would not be repeated in the future, emphasizing the expectations placed on him by the team.
