Scotland Prepares for International Rugby Challenges

Scotland is gearing up for an important month in international rugby, with Gregor Townsend leading discussions on squad selection and match preparations against New Zealand, Australia, and Japan.

During the conversation, Townsend, alongside Tom English and Andy Burke, evaluates key selection decisions, the competition for places, and the overall depth of the squad. They also reflect on the recent performances of Edinburgh and Glasgow in the URC and note the progress of Scotland Women, despite facing challenges in the WXV competition.

The panel highlights the inclusion of Ollie Leatherbarrow as a surprise selection and discusses the implications for other players, including Duhan van der Merwe and Magnus Bradbury, as they build towards the World Cup.
