Seahawks Adjust Playbook for Sam Darnold to Minimize Turnovers
The Seattle Seahawks are making adjustments to their playbook to assist quarterback Sam Darnold in making faster decisions and reducing turnovers as they prepare for their game against the Broncos.
In the first five weeks of the season, the Seahawks have recorded two turnovers in their three victories, while suffering seven turnovers in their two losses. Darnold has thrown four interceptions in those losses, contributing to a total of five interceptions this season.
Offensive coordinator Brian Fleury indicated that he and Darnold are focusing on plays that enhance Darnold's comfort and decisiveness. This strategy aims to improve their chances of winning, especially as the team seeks to strengthen its position in the NFC playoff race.
