Seahawks Place WR Jake Bobo on Injured Reserve for 2026 Season
The Seattle Seahawks have announced that wide receiver Jake Bobo will miss the entire 2026 season after being placed on injured reserve due to a knee injury incurred during a joint practice with the Titans.
Coach Mike Macdonald confirmed the injury's severity later that day. Bobo, who went undrafted in 2023, has played his entire career with the Seahawks, participating in all 17 regular-season games in both 2023 and 2024, and contributing in the postseason.
In March, Bobo signed a two-year, $5.5 million offer sheet with the Jaguars, which the Seahawks matched. He was listed as a second-string receiver on the preseason depth chart. To fill his spot on the roster, the Seahawks have re-signed receiver Julian Hicks, who was previously waived.
