Seahawks Sign Cornerback Terrion Arnold
The Seattle Seahawks have officially signed cornerback Terrion Arnold, as announced on Saturday.
Arnold is anticipated to be placed on the commissioner's exempt list, which means he will receive payment but will not be eligible to play. The player, who was a first-round pick by the Lions in 2024, was waived in June following his arrest and faces multiple felony charges related to armed robbery and kidnapping.
Although the Seahawks reached an agreement with Arnold weeks prior, they delayed the official signing until after roster cuts. In his first two seasons, Arnold has recorded 18 passes defensed and one interception over 24 games. The timeline for his availability to play for Seattle remains uncertain. In a related move, the Seahawks waived offensive tackle Derrick Graham.
